Healthy Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing

Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp water
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into a container with a lid and shake for approximately ½ minutes until well combined. Yields ½ cup.
Tip: This dressing is a delicious and healthy alternative to store-bought dressings.
